Kathrin Puhan-Henz – Owner and founder of meetings that work
Kathrin is the founder of meetings that work in Zurich, Switzerland. She serves clients as a trainer, coach and moderator with her work evolving around organizational performance improvement. Main fields of expertise comprise principles of effective meeting management, communication, team development and change management. Kathrin is based in Zurich and active on an international basis. She often acts as faculty for presentation delivery and workshop moderation in several certified advanced education programs. She has broad industry experience in Blue Chip companies as well as in the not-for-profit sector. She acts as a pro bono counsellor to the government of the Canton of Zurich. Kathrin holds a master’s degree in history and an MBA in Business Engineering from St. Gallen University, Switzerland. She is also a certified MBTI® coach and a Leadership Circle Certified Practitioner (360° Feedback).
